Return, Exchange or Refund product information

Our business policy for refunds and exchanges is 14 days upon the date that the package was marked as delivered to you. Your order must contain an incorrect product or faulty defect, we ask that you send us an email first at info@gebly.com including a photo for the faulty case you received along with the reason for exchange or refund. Please do not ship the package without contacting us.

 

For returning a faulty product, we are not responsible for the shipping fees when returning the package back to us, for exchanging you won’t pay any extra fees.

The package needs to be unused and in good condition as well.
