How to make changes to your order?

Please send us an email at info@gebly.com within 24 hours that your order has been made. Please do not forget to include your order number into the email so that we can easily locate the order. If you would like to change the design of the phone case, please tell us the design name along with an attached photo in the email. If you would like to change the size or device type, please also include that in the email as well.

Please note and take into consideration that during busy periods Holiday Season we will be unable to change orders once tracking numbers are issued. You are going to have to open up a return or exchange request with us after receiving your order.
