Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

When can return a product?

  • It is within your right as a customer to replace a product you ordered within 30 days of receiving the product if the product is defective due to manufacturing or shipping.
  • Please note that you are not entitled to a replacement if it is not within 30 days.
  • If the a prepaid order is returned you will receive the Refund in 3 working days

If you would like to return a product:

  • Please contact us clearing the product issue and send photos for the defect to [ info@gebly.com ]
  • We apologize - you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.

When are ‘Returns’ not possible?

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 30 days from delivery for defective items.
  • The product is used, damaged from usage or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  • Customized items that was specially designed for you.
  • Fragile items, hygiene-related items.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours from submitting your order as we process by order.

In order to cancel an item in your order, you have to contact us through social media or website.
