Production time takes around 1-3 business days. For custom engraving orders, it takes 2-3 business days for production in addition to 1-2 delivery days which means that your order will be delivered to your doorsteps within 3-5 business days from your order date. We try our very best to produce high quality cases to meet our customers’ expectations.
Cash On Delivery, means that you pay on your doorsteps after receiving your order.
If you had received the incorrect product or faulty defect, please send us an email at info@gebly.com along with an attached photo of the product. We ask that you contact us right away to assure your customer satisfaction.
Our business policy for refunds and exchanges is 14 days upon the date that the package was marked as delivered to you. Your order must contain an incorrect product or faulty defect, we ask that you send us an email first at info@gebly.com including a photo for the faulty case you received along with the reason for exchange or refund. Please do not ship the package without contacting us.
For returning a faulty product, we are not responsible for the shipping fees when returning the package back to us, for exchanging you won’t pay any extra fees.
The package needs to be unused and in good condition as well.
